Divorces produce dramatic changes in your life. These changes may include a change in your residence, who resides with you, your city or state, your employment and perhaps even in your lifestyle. As you face these changes, I can help you prioritize your concerns and goals.

If your family does not include minor children, your divorce will be focused on financial issues. We will need to work together to protect your financial future. We will review all of the marital assets and debts and determine how best to maintain your financial interests and meet your financial needs. In all likelihood you will not be able to modify or change the terms after your divorce, so this planning will need to be thorough.

If your family does include minor children, their wellbeing, needs and care are the most important aspects of your divorce. Each parent must be focused on how to best assist their children with the transition to two separate households. We will work together to develop your Parenting Plan.
