The Law Office of Baker & Paul, P.P.A., is comprised of the Law Offices of Laurie E. Baker, P.A. and Loren M. Paul, P.A..  The firms are located in the oldest commercial building in Manatee County, Florida and conveniently located to serve Manatee and Sarasota Counties, together with the cities of Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Palmetto, Parrish, Myakka City, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, and Long Boat Key. Both firms strive to provide quality, timely, professional legal services and advice to their clients. 

Laurie E. Baker, P.A. practices in the area of family law which includes divorce, military divorce, alimony, child support, custody and visitation, marital settlement agreements and adoption.

Loren M. Paul, P.A. practices in the areas of real estate law, including commercial and residential closings and leases, title insurance, mortgage law, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and estate administration.

The firms believe that almost every family law decision affects the real estate owned and the estate plan of those families and that often times the legal answers differ from each area of law.
